David has spent nearly a decade supporting entrepreneurs in growing their businesses, notably at Novacap, BMO Capital Markets, and CDPQ. His experience has led him to execute transactions ranging from $5M to over $300M and to serve as a board observer for Multy Home, Joseph Ribkoff, Industries Mailhot, and eSolutions. In parallel, he acted as a co-sponsor on three new residential construction projects. From these experiences came the desire to no longer simply support entrepreneurs, but to become one himself. He founded Lunea Capital to acquire a Quebec SME, take the reins, and leverage his full financial, strategic, and operational expertise to help it thrive.
